- Weekly Off: Rotational (2 consecutive days off every 3–4 months)
About the Role
As a Transaction Risk Investigator, you will be responsible for investigating and eliminating risks in e-commerce transactions. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will help ensure customer trust and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and investigate complex e-commerce transactions.
- Communicate with management, risk analysts, and external stakeholders.
- Make decisions independently with minimal guidance.
Required Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make analytical decisions.
